Release Wax is a soft general purpose wax for industrial application and on moulds. An exceptionally easy wax to use. Release Wax has been specifically formulated for use in the reinforced fibreglass market. APPLICATION Use a clean soft cheese cloth in a circular motion with overlapping strokes to apply the wax to the mould surface. Leave Release Wax on the mould for approximately one hour at 20 degrees C, longer periods may cause a wax film which is hard to remove. Use a clean polishing cloth on the mould surface moving in a circular motion until all excess wax is removed leaving a bright shine - swirl marks and finger prints should not be evident after polishing. Two cloths may he required, one to remove excess wax, the other for polishing. Apply 5-6 coats of wax leaving 10-20 minutes drying time between each coat Allow two hours after the final coat before applying the release agent liquid.

Doming Resin is a 2 pot mix to provide a glossy surface - perfect for top-coating decorative wooden plaques, clocks, badges, decoupage, table tops and anything which is for indoor use needing a gloss finish.

The resin colours above may also be used with the Doming Resin.

For a 1mm thick coverage, roughly, 1 square metre = 1 litre of Doming Resin.

SILICONE PUTTY & RUBBER

Make your own moulds with this food grade silicone - odour free, non-toxic and FDA compliant. The finished moulds are flexible, reuseable, have no shrinkage, are self-releasing (with most uses) with a heat range up to 204 degrees Celsius (400 F).

Silicone Putty is ideal for impression moulds. Putty has a 3 minute work time with a 25 minute cure.

Silicone Rubber is brushable and pourable to create blanket, glove or block moulds. This has a 45 minute to 1 hour working time with a 24 hour cure which can be adjusted by applying heat.
